The Climber

Well Sophia is truly a climber and we are thinking that rather than Reading class, she should be in tumbling class. She will now crawl out of her crib whenever she is not truly tired. You find her running past you with the biggest smile ever on her face. She is usually running to the TV in the loft which she has mastered how to turn on and play her favorite video "Teletubbies" or as Olivia says "Tubatubbies". Olivia has also informed us that Tubatubbies is for babies not big girls like her, although you will catch her watching it periodically with her sisters.

Rough night
When I went to get Sophia this morning - she has a black eye and huge scratches above her nose on her forehead. What on earth happened? We do not know, but she did not have these marks when she went to bed and she didn't climb out last night, atleast not successfully. So much for any holiday pictures this weekend and we probably won't have to do too much for her halloween makeup - haha. Stay tuned for tomorrows Halloween update.

Service Monitor

Service. It is and should be a differentiator for companies attempting to get your business away from its competitors. But why does it seem that it is NOT!! As we contiue to find new was to obtain goods and services at lower prices via internet auctions, volume distributors, etc., companies need to find new ways to get your business and keep your business. The only real differentiator in most products or services is the way a company treats its customers AFTER we have made a puchase from them. As everything from phone, TV and internet service to books, appliances and cars are available in a "commodities" type market where price drives who consumers puchase from, you would think quality of service would be the focal point of companies to keep your business.

As offshoring, voice prompting, call avoidance and service bots become the medium for which companies choose to interact with its customers when they require service, this blog is here to cronical and expose the worst offendors and PRAISE companies that have recognized when we pay for a product or service, we expect them to provide intelligent, efficent and reliable services to support consumers should they need assistance.

Please share your experiences good or bad with Service Monitor and let others know what companies care about customers and which don't!
